Our Founding

2004 - In Holland

TVworkshop was founded in 2004 by Marcel Ruijken in Den Bosch, Netherlands. The first TVworkshop was organised for telecom provider KPN. From that moment on film and movie related workshops was a hit in Europe! Satisfied clients joined us in creating commercials, action movies, journals, lip dub and stop motions. All based on team building and team bonding in programs of 3 to 5 hours. Since 2015 Marleen van Meel is running the TVworkshop now in the Netherlands and expanding to Belgium and Germany!

My Name is Emile Leus and owner of TVworkshop Asia Pte Ltd. I started working for TVworkshop in the Netherlands in 2006. Together with Marcel Ruijken, we organised successful team bonding events for companies like Nike Google, Microsoft and many more. In 2015 I took the chance to set up TVworkshop Asia in Singapore for Asian market based.

Who We Are

Creative Film Makers

We reinforce team spirit through the Lens by creating your own movie! Apart from the fact that we are passionate about film making! We like to bring over the knowledge with great fun to your teams. They will learn, because filmmaking has an impact on every business skill. Direction shooting and acting are important, even if the teams can’t plan, co-operate, delegate and time manage, we will guide the group in the whole process! Common goal is the end-of-event awards ceremony as everyone watches the edited films over dinner! This team building day is about motivating each other, taking responsibility, working together and generating pride in their project all of which will be carried forward into the work place and may even earn an Oscar!
